Join us on this day to raise awareness and funds for HIV & AIDS prevention and to
support the health and well-being of men, women, and children affected by the Triple Threat.
Organized by the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC), the World AIDS Day 2024 Marathon is a call to action for all Kenyans to join the fight against HIV&AIDS. This marathon is not just about running; it’s about raising awareness and tackling the Triple Threat of new HIV infections, unintended pregnancies, as well as sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) among adolescents and young people.
The marathon is themed "Promoting the health and well-being of men and boys" and seeks to raise funds to support the rehabilitation of over 26,000 people who inject drugs and are at high risk of contracting HIV.
